I choose to stay here over other Tokyo locations because it was convenient (close by train to major tourist spots and close to my friend’s work and apartment). I also wanted to check it out since it is pet friendly and I might make a trip with my dog in the future. What a pleasant surprise this hotel was! Very spacious room (rare in Tokyo), great view of the park, loved the rooftop pool and the staff were all so nice and spoke English which was helpful. Will definitely stay here again the next time I come to Japan. Not only was the hotel great but the location of the hotel is awesome if you love plants. Cute courtyard area with lots of cafes, restaurants and little shops. Tons of people walk their dogs outside and it was so relaxing to sit and people watch. I also brought home some gifts for my dog from the pet shop nearby. I’m not surprised this area is getting more popular really loved it here. Will definitely come back in the future!

Was a nice experience, excellent service, Minimal design, Definitely the best infinity pool in Tokyo with amazing view. But the tattoos must be covered. The restaurant has a delicious menu! very sophisticate and traditional Japanese food.

Great modern hotel next to family friendly park. Just remember to bring tooth brush and tooth paste because they don't provide those. Great Infinity pool and spa. Can see Mt Fuji 🗻 in the winter

The customer service was the best my wife and I have ever had. We celebrated our anniversary there. The rooms were spotless and they even allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel after we checked out for free. Can't wait to come back. Their upstairs bar makes amazing Old Fashions.

The hotel is very serene, perfect for unwinding. Very impressed with reception personnel at check in who speaks perfect English and was extremely helpful.
